Message	had problems with the 98+ spec trans were those who replaced the factory fluid with another type, e.g., Redline. If you search, you'll find that Bernie has repeatedly suggested that it was the aftermarket fluid that was likely causing the grinding. Just sayin. I'm fully confident in the 98+ and I'm gonna pick one up within the next month.
